  1. 1Open a marketing or promotional email received from Zoox.
  2. 2Scroll to the bottom of the email and click the 'unsubscribe' link.
  3. 3Follow the instructions on the unsubscribe page to confirm your opt-out.

  1. 1Go to the Zoox Privacy Notice page at zoox.com/privacy to review your rights.
  2. 2Contact Zoox by emailing privacy@zoox.com or calling 1-888-477-5055 to submit a data deletion request.

  1. 1Open a text message received from Zoox on your mobile device.
  2. 2Reply to the message with the word 'STOP' to opt out of receiving future SMS messages from Zoox.
  3. 3Be aware that opting out of operational and customer service notifications may make Zoox Services unavailable.

  1. 1Open the Zoox app on your mobile device.
  2. 2Navigate to the notification settings within the app, or go to your device's system notification settings.
  3. 3Adjust or turn off notifications for Zoox as desired. Note that disabling operational notifications may make Zoox Services unavailable.
