Email marketing opt out

  1. 1Log in to SeatGeek and visit your Account page.
  2. 2Find the Notifications section in Account Settings.
  3. 3Click the toggle to the right of each email type to unsubscribe. When unsubscribed, the toggle will be colorless and positioned to the left.

Personal data access correction deletion request

  1. 1Navigate to seatgeek.com/privacy-choices or open the SeatGeek mobile app and sign in to your account.
  2. 2On mobile, go to the My Account page to find the privacy request options.
  3. 3Select the type of request you wish to make: right to know, right to delete, or right to correct.
  4. 4Complete the form and submit your request. SeatGeek may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing.

Sms marketing opt out

  1. 1Open any SMS message received from SeatGeek (short code 560-54).
  2. 2Reply with the word STOP to opt out of all future SMS messages.
  3. 3You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.

Data sale sharing opt out

  1. 1Go to the Your Privacy Choices page at seatgeek.com/privacy-choices, or open the SeatGeek mobile app and sign in.
  2. 2On mobile, go to your My Account page to find privacy choices options.
  3. 3Submit your opt-out request to stop the sale or sharing of your personal data for targeted advertising.
  4. 4Alternatively, enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser to automatically signal your opt-out preference to SeatGeek.

Cookie tracking opt out

  1. 1Scroll to the bottom of the SeatGeek website and click the 'Your Privacy Choices' link.
  2. 2In the consent manager that appears, review and adjust your preferences for marketing, performance, and functional tracking categories.
  3. 3Save your preferences to opt out of non-essential cookies and tracking technologies.

Account deletion

  1. 1Open the SeatGeek website and sign in to your account.
  2. 2Go to My Account, then select Login and security.
  3. 3Select Delete account.
  4. 4You will be redirected to the Account Deletion page at seatgeek.com/account/delete — follow the prompts to confirm and complete the deletion.
