Advertising cookie opt out

  1. 1Go to MazdaUSA.com.
  2. 2Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Manage Cookie Preferences' link.
  3. 3In the Cookie Preference Center, toggle the advertising cookies switch to 'Inactive'.
  4. 4Click 'Save Changes' to apply your preferences.
  5. 5Note: You must repeat this process on each device, browser, and after clearing your browser cache, as preferences are not stored persistently.

Connected vehicle data collection opt out

  1. 1Contact Mazda's Customer Experience Center by calling 1-800-222-550
  2. 2Request to opt out of default data collection and to disable your vehicle's Telematics Control Unit (TCU).
  3. 3Be aware that disabling the TCU will result in the loss of all Mazda Connected Services features, including remote access, vehicle finder, and emergency calling.

Global privacy control signal

  1. 1Enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your web browser or via a privacy-focused browser extension.
  2. 2Visit MazdaUSA.com and other Mazda online properties — the GPC signal will be automatically broadcast to opt you out of data sales and targeted advertising sharing.
  3. 3Additionally, submit the Mazda Do Not Sell or Share request form at privacy.mazdausa.com/us/request_opt_out_form to ensure your opt-out extends beyond browser-based data to any other information Mazda holds about you.

Do not sell share opt out

  1. 1Navigate to the Mazda Do Not Sell or Share Request page at privacy.mazdausa.com/us/request_opt_out_form.
  2. 2Fill in your First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, State of Residence, and ZIP code.
  3. 3Submit the form. Mazda will confirm your opt-out if they can identify you in their records, or send an email with further instructions.
  4. 4Alternatively, call Mazda Customer Service at 1-844-931-1678 to submit the request by phone, or use an Authorized Agent.
  5. 5Optionally, also enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser for ongoing opt-out signaling.

  1. 1Go to the Mazda California Privacy page at privacy.mazdausa.com/us/california.
  2. 2Click on the deletion request link provided on that page to submit a request for deletion of your personal information.
  3. 3Alternatively, call Mazda Customer Service at 1-844-931-1678 to make a verbal deletion request.
