New Shipping Protection Option Limits Company Liability for Theft

The new version introduces optional Shipping Protection that changes the company's liability for post-delivery theft. Previously, there was no mention of this scenario. Now, the company disclaims responsibility for packages stolen after confirmed delivery unless the customer purchased Shipping Protection at checkout. This shifts financial risk to customers who don't opt into the paid protection.

Effective: October 2, 2026

Extensive Restrictions on Use Section Removed

The new version eliminates the detailed 'Restrictions on Use' section that previously prohibited scraping, crawling, automation, harassment, and various harmful activities. While some conduct rules remain in 'Your account & conduct', the comprehensive restrictions on technical misuse, data collection attempts, and IP infringement are no longer explicitly stated.

Effective: October 2, 2026

Intellectual Property Ownership Language Significantly Reduced

The detailed 'Ownership of Intellectual Property and Limited License' section, which explicitly outlined trademark protections, trade dress, and trademark restrictions on user conduct, has been substantially condensed or removed. The new version does not clearly restate these IP protections and use restrictions.

Effective: October 2, 2026

Account Termination and Suspension Clauses Not Visible

The original version included a section on 'Registered Accounts' and the company's ability to modify/suspend/terminate the agreement. The new version's 'Your account & conduct' section does not clearly address account termination rights or suspension of service, reducing transparency about when the company can disable user accounts.

Effective: October 2, 2026

Dispute Resolution Process Substantially Simplified or Removed

The original 'Resolution of Disputes and Governing Law' section, which typically contains arbitration clauses and class action waivers, is replaced with a much shorter 'Disputes & governing law' section in the new version. The specific arbitration requirements, class action waivers, and detailed dispute procedures are no longer explicitly stated, potentially altering users' legal remedies.
