  2. 2Click 'Submit a Privacy Request' and select the option to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
  3. 3Provide your basic contact information and complete the identity verification process.
  4. 4AAA will confirm receipt within 10 business days and process your request within 45 calendar days.

  2. 2Click 'Submit a Privacy Request' and select the right to know option.
  3. 3Provide your contact information and complete identity verification via the email confirmation link.
  4. 4AAA will respond within 10 business days and fulfill your request within 45 calendar days (up to 90 days if extended).
