The full Namecheap Universal Terms of Service Agreement (including sections on Term of Agreement, Eligibility & Authority, and Accounts) has been moved from the main legal index page to a dedicated document at /legal/universal/universal-tos/. The new index page now only displays a directory of links rather than the complete terms text.
