Third party app access revocation

  1. 1From your Miro dashboard, go to Team Settings.
  2. 2Navigate to Apps & Integrations.
  3. 3Find the app you want to remove from the list of installed apps.
  4. 4Click the app and then click 'Uninstall for me' or 'Uninstall for team' (depending on your permissions and how the app was installed).

Privacy rights request

  1. 1Review the 'Your rights' section (Section 10) of Miro's Privacy Policy at miro.com/legal/privacy-policy/.
  2. 2Contact Miro's privacy team using the contact details provided in the policy (Section 13) to submit a request to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your Personal Data.
  3. 3Be prepared to verify your identity as part of the request process.

Notification email preferences

  1. 1Open your Profile Settings at miro.com/app/settings/user-profile/.
  2. 2Navigate to the 'Manage notifications and email preferences' section.
  3. 3Adjust your notification and email settings as desired and save your changes.

Board sharing privacy control

  1. 1Go to your Miro dashboard and hover over the board you want to manage.
  2. 2Click the three dots (more options) in the top right corner of the board thumbnail.
  3. 3Click 'Share' to open the sharing settings.
  4. 4For the 'Anyone at team' or 'Anyone with the link' option, set the access level to 'No access' to restrict the board to only explicitly invited collaborators.
  5. 5To invite specific users, type their email address and assign them the desired access level (Can edit, Can comment, or Can view).

Data deletion

  1. 1Open your Profile Settings at miro.com/app/settings/user-profile/.
  2. 2Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose 'Delete my profile'.
  3. 3Optionally, save backups or export your boards before deletion.
  4. 4Check your email for a confirmation link from Miro and click the link to complete profile deletion (you must be logged in when clicking).

Do not sell opt out

  1. 1Visit Miro's 'Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information' page (linked from the Miro privacy policy or website footer).
  2. 2Follow the instructions on that page to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

  2. 2Under Security, select Miro AI.
