Do not sell opt out

  1. 1Go to metropolis.io/do-not-sell-opt-out-request.
  2. 2Submit the opt-out form with your name and email address to request that Metropolis not sell information associated with your account.

Data deletion request

  1. 1Visit metropolis.io/privacy-consumer-rights-data-requests and click on 'Personal data request form', or email privacy@metropolis.io with 'Consumer Privacy Rights Request' in the subject line.
  2. 2Fill out the form with the identifying information (such as your email address) associated with your Metropolis account.
  3. 3If your personal information may be associated with more than one email address, submit a separate request for each email address.
  4. 4If acting through an authorized agent, use the authorized agent data request form instead.

Marketing email opt out

  1. 1To unsubscribe from marketing emails, click the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of any marketing email from Metropolis.
  2. 2To opt out of marketing SMS or text messages, reply STOP to any unwanted marketing text message from Metropolis.

Biometric consent withdrawal

  1. 1If enrolled in BLNQ, send a written request to privacy@metropolis.io with the subject line 'Biometric Data Deletion Request'.
  2. 2Alternatively, use the personal data request form at metropolis.io/personal-data-request to submit a biometric data deletion request.
  3. 3Note that withdrawal of consent stops future biometric processing, but data collected prior to withdrawal may continue to be processed until the deletion request is fully processed.

Location sharing control

  1. 1Open your mobile device's Settings app.
  2. 2Navigate to the location or privacy settings and find the Metropolis app.
  3. 3Change the location permission to 'Never' or 'Deny' to prevent Metropolis from accessing your precise geolocation.

Cross network profile sharing opt out

  1. 1Review the 'Your Privacy Rights and Choices' section of the Metropolis Privacy Policy at metropolis.io/privacy to understand the opt-out right for cross-network sharing.
  2. 2Submit an opt-out request via the personal data request form at metropolis.io/personal-data-request or by emailing privacy@metropolis.io with 'Consumer Privacy Rights Request' in the subject line, specifying that you wish to opt out of cross-network Member profile sharing within the Metropolis Hospitality Network.

  1. 1Visit tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout to download and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  2. 2Once installed, the add-on prevents Google Analytics from collecting information about your visits to Metropolis websites.
