Terms of Service Change History

The OLD version included a Copyright section (Section 6) stating 'All aspects of the Program, including text, design, logos, graphics, and software, are Copyright © 2023 Bar & Cocoa.' This section is completely absent from the NEW version. Instead, general copyright claims appear in the overview section of the broader Terms of Service.

The OLD version was exclusively the 'Premier Terms and Conditions' governing a specific rewards program with detailed membership tiers, point systems, and program-specific rules. The NEW version replaces this entirely with a generic 'Terms of Service' covering general website usage, online store operations, and product policies. The Premier Program terms no longer exist as a standalone document.

The NEW version includes new liability limitation language absent from the OLD Premier Program terms, including 'We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of any product or service' and disclaimers regarding information accuracy. The OLD version had no comparable liability limitations for users.

The NEW version states 'We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time' and 'Any breach of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.' The OLD Premier Program terms limited exclusion to specific violations (abuse, manipulation, inactivity). The new language grants unilateral, discretionary termination without cause.
